If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, without justification. This is your statutory right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and is separate from our store policy above.

To exercise this right, please notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
